This is a review kindly provided by a customer who bought Hankettes Cosmetic Squares (in the original plastic packaging before we switched to the cloth bag).
First impression of product? Good, they are very soft. Good value for money too and very reasonable postage costs.
What did you use the product for? I rub my cleanser bar over my face then use the cosmetic squares to wipe it off.
How well does the product do its job? Excellent. Wipes off all make-up (even heavier 'out for the evening' eye make-up). Softness of fabric means no pulling of skin when wiping around delicate eye area.
What do you like best about it? So much better for the environment than wasteful throwaway cotton wool pads. Quicker to dry after washing and softer than a flannel.
Would you recommend this to your friends? I have already recommended them to my mum! I also think they would be a lovely present, especially if bought with some face cleanser made from natural ingredients.

This is now my second order of the 10-pack reusable cosmetics pads, I think they're great! I used to get through about 2-3 disposable cotton pads a day & didn't really think how much this was contributing to the ever growing amount of rubbish in the UK until I found these reusable ones! The reusable pads are just as soft as disposable ones, easy to wash and will be saving me money in the long run as reusing instead of having to buy new all the time! Definitely recommended! Cheers!

These have saved me loads of money - this is my second order! The other bonus is that I don't get bits of cotton wool in my eyes as I inevitably did when using cotton wool pads to remove mascara. They wash very well and all my existing ones are still in perfect condition after at least a year's use. I wash them in the washing machine, in a net bag, and hang them up to dry on the clothes airer with mini pegs. I did 'lose' a few in the early days because I was so used to using cotton wool pads then throwing them in the bin I must have done the same with these squares.
