We turned this design of a very English bouquet measuring about 6.3cm x 5.8cm into one of two panels of a little tote bag. It is complemented by a blue check fabric on the reverse side.
The bag measures about 25cm (wide) by 26.5cm (tall), or just under 10" by just over 10". The handle is about 25cm long (just under 10"). The sides are double-seamed for strength.
The fabric was hand-dyed and hand-loomed by members of the KV Kuppam co-operative in India. The fabric is certified Fairtrade. Buying from the co-operative supports traditional skills in the village and helps to reduce rural-urban migration.
