Post and Packaging

ROYALMAIL raised its prices again on the 4th of April 2022. P&P rates have changed accordingly. 

organic●ally™ products range greatly in weight and bulk. So we have calculated P&P according to weight and bulk to be as fair as possible to as many customers as possible.

Every time you add an item to your 'Shopping Basket', the P&P for UK delivery is automatically calculated for you so you can see exactly how much you are being charged. Orders of £75 and over to mainland UK are despatched FREE of P&P charge.

Whilst the P&P rates in your Shopping Basket page are correct, some of the P&P rates might not yet have been changed on the product pages.

P&P Rates for UK destinations:

Despite the very steep increase in some Royal Mail rates we are trying to keep our P&P as low as possible, and we often use Second Class post. We sometimes split orders into smaller parts if necessary.

P&P Rates for Europe/EU/Other destinations:

Since April 2015 the Royal Mail prices have changed so that the cost of posting bulky items overseas have increased several times. Overseas shoppers please email us at shopkeeper@organic-ally.co.uk to tell us exactly what you would like to order. We would check out the delivery charges, making sure that you only pay the minimum necessary, and then email you a payment link that would allow you to pay with a credit/debit card.

Most of our products come unpackaged. However, every attempt is made to use eco-friendly packaging which has either been recycled, has a high recycled content, or which can be re-used and/or biodegradable. Often salvaged plastic bags from a local dry-cleaners are cut up to give your order some protection and keep postage down. 

Recently we also inherited some jiffy bags. We will use this when it is the most efficent way of getting your order to you.

Returns  

Please contact us via the Contact Form or reply via the Confirmation email regarding returns BEFORE sending any items back. Returned items which are still in a saleable condition will be refunded MINUS the P&P charges. A small administrative charge will also be levied to cover the non-refundable commission charged by PayPal and Nochex for every payment made. If your order was delivered free of charge, the cost of P&P incurred by us will also be deducted.
