organic●ally™ treats all customers as the people owning and running organic●ally™ like to be treated.
This means that we take the privacy of our customers very seriously.
In order for organic●ally™ to process your order we allow RomanCart (our shopping cart software, please see below) to use cookies to remember what items have been placed in your basket. It then collects personally identifiable information relating to you including name, address, and e-mail address when you choose to complete the transaction. (NB. Phone number is optional.)
None of the information we collect is passed on to other parties, except when required as part of the business services we provide for you, or as required under UK law (particularly in relation to reducing fraud/credit risk).
organic●ally™ does not collect or store your payment details. All our online payments are processed securely by third parties: Nochex and Paypal, and you do not need to enter these payment details until you have entered the secure Nochex or PayPal websites.
Newsletters
We send out an email newsletter once a year before Christmas. You will NOT be sent additional information directly from other businesses as a result of buying from us. If you no longer wish to receive such newsletters, please unsubscribe when you receive this.
Since organic●ally™ was started, we have never included a newsletter sign-up form because we do not tout for business using newsletters.
