Crazy Ideas
Maybe it is because I am a scientist at heart. I am keen to experiment. In the past few years I had tried different gift tags and gift ties (see Gallery above). Clearly I am not gifted in photography!
My lastest idea is 'Gift Ribbon Button Ties'.
These ties were handmade by Siew-Peng at the cost of breaking a few finger nails. The buttons (plastic, sorry) are covered with organic cotton fabric and a 50cm length of ribbon (polyester, sorry) is worked into the button before it is 'closed'. The ribbon is a little short of the 50cm when finished.
Fold or wrap hankies. Tie with Button Tie.

Use as glass charms and napkin tie
The possibilities are endless. Experiment and have fun!
